Session Fees & Scheduling

Individual sessions are $280 for a 60-minute appointment.
Couples sessions are $320 for a 60-minute appointment.

All sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.

In the beginning, weekly sessions are typically recommended to build consistency and momentum. Payment is due at the start of each session and may be made using credit/debit card, Venmo, Zelle.

I also offer a free 20-minute online consultation, where you’re welcome to ask questions, learn more about me, discuss fees, and explore whether we’re a good fit to work together.
